Do you speak English and another language? Are you looking for ways to use your language skills to make a difference in your state, your nation, or your world? If yes, then the National Language Service Corps (NLSC) may be for you. The NLSC is a group of service-minded individuals who make themselves available when there is an emergent, short-term need for language skills in support of any U.S. government agency. In 2013, the NLSC became a permanent government program and continues in fulfilling its mission of maintaining a readily available group of as-needed language-capable Members who provide foreign language support to requesting federal agencies.
