Do you speak English and another language? Are you looking for ways to use your language skills to make a
difference in your state, your nation, or your world? If yes, then the National Language Service Corps
(NLSC) may be for you. The NLSC is a group of service-minded individuals who make themselves available
when there is a sudden, short-term need for language skills in support of any U.S. government agency.

As of January 2nd 2012, the NLSC is a permanent government program and continues in fulfilling its mission
of maintaining a readily available group of on-call language-capable members who provide foreign language
support to requesting federal agencies.
