The NLSC is working with several Federal agencies to develop formal relationships that will help them meet the requirements outlined by
Executive Order 13166, "Improving Access to Services for Persons with Limited English Proficiency".
One such agency is the Department of Homeland Security. DHS recently approved its Language Access Plan. The plan mentions the NLSC page four. To see the mention, go to
